All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@gioieperte.com. The date of receipt of the written communication determines the applicable refund bracket.
More than 60 days before departure Full refund of the amount paid, net of bank transaction fees.
Between 30 and 60 days before departure Refund of 50% of the amount paid.
Between 15 and 29 days before departure Refund of 25% of the amount paid.
Less than 15 days before departure No refund.
Cancellation by GioiePerTe In the event of cancellation on our part due to force majeure — adverse weather conditions, safety reasons, extraordinary events — the client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to rescheduling of the cruise on alternative dates, at their choice.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We strongly recommend taking out a travel insurance policy covering cancellations, accidents and medical assistance.
